Know one knows exactly when people began casting tin to predict the future but it is an old tradition indeed. With the Medieval Workshop you can experience this pasttime for yourself and try to foresee what is in store for you and your friends. The tin is first melted and then each guest will drop a spoon full of the tin into a cooling tub. Once the tin is cast, a latern will create a shadow from the casting. The shadow will be examined for clues to the future. Will you have a good harvest, get married, have your tenth child? Perhaps the shadow will reveal its secrets to you.
